Genkikai _ Japanese Yoga

CHF40.00Genkikai combines meditation, breathing and gentle forms of gymnastics.
We relax and refresh ourselves.
Specific breathing exercises help us to feel our center – the silence of meditation supports us in becoming more aware of our feelings, thoughts and body.
In Genkikai, our body, soul and mind are given time to calm down and let go of our everyday lives.
No previous knowledge is necessary.
New faces are very welcome.
Bring along: Comfortable, warm training clothes, socks, clean slippers or slippers, seat cushion (or towels on which you can sit comfortably, approx. 20-30 cm high)
